Who we are
Common Ground is a 24-hour nonprofit agency dedicated to helping youths, adults and families in crisis.
Located in Oakland County, Mich., Common Ground is the result of a 1998 merger between agencies Common Ground and The Sanctuary, Inc., both of which had existed for more than 30 years.
Through its crisis line (1.800.231.1127) and in person through various programs, Common Ground provides professional and compassionate service to more than 35,000 people a year, with most services provided free of charge.
